          • Clothing for a Week (including clothes that can get dirty)

          • Running shoes and sandals

          • Hat

          • One-piece swimsuit & towel

          • Water shoes are mandatory

          • Bible, notebook, pen

          • Bug repellent

          • Sunscreen

          • Water bottle

          • Twin sheet, Pillow and Sleeping Bag

          • Toiletries and towel

          • Raincoat

          • Flashlight
