Valley View Bible Camp is a Christian camp located approximately 20 minutes south of Shaunavon in the province of Saskatchewan. We recognize that the long distance may be a barrier for some kids to attend the camp. We, members of Valley View Bible Camp, will be sending up transportation to Alberta to take students to the camp on July 2, 2016. We would ask that if your child is interested in coming, that you would have them there at the appropriate time that you will be informed of by e-mail upon signing this form. We will be stopping in Medicine Hat for a bathroom break, but a bagged lunch would be ideal for the trip. Ensure that your child is equipped with all the necessary supplies for the week. The bus will be arriving back on July 8th at approximately 9:00pm at the same location.
In line with this, we would like to ask your consent for your child's attendance on the bus ride leaving on Saturday, July 2nd 2016 and returning Friday July 8th, 2016. For any inquiries, feel free to phone (306) 618 9057. Thank you!

PARENTAL/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT
It is the purpose of this agreement to exempt, waive, and relieve Releases from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death, including if caused by negligence, including the negligence, if any, of Releases.
“Releases” include Valley View Bible Camp, its event hosts, other participants, chaperones, drivers, and each of them, their directors, agents, and employees.
